There are 2 silhouettes I’d like to use as a small part of on a Web banner design for my client. I don’t think they will agree to attribute the silhouettes. Can I pay a usage fee for them instead?

Hello. I downlowded these vectors but I can’t use them in adobe illustrator. I can only see them like any file. How can I “upload” them as vectors in illustrator? I put them in vector’s folder but it doesn’t work.
