Vector files can be opened in various design software, for example: Ventua Publisher, Macromedia Freehand, PMView, Xara, Corel Draw, and certainly Any Adobe Software Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc. can be used to open and edit vectors. As for me, I prefer to use Illustrator CS3!
