    Dears:

    I am glad to see the kanji.

    But It has two mistakes for two kanji.
    The kanji of ‘hill’ means “mountain”. Hill has another kanji.

    The kanji of ‘but’ is not correct really.
    You can see the correct one in this page.

    And “refuse” is it’s correct meaning.
